bio

Srael began his career in cinematography in a very unlikely location: working underwater in the Galapagos Islands as a dive master.  After filming footage of hammerhead sharks, turtles and dolphins caught in Japanese long-line fishing nets, which went on to air in a BBC documentary, he learned just how powerful images can be in communicating emotional stories.

Since starting his career in the early 1990's, Srael has shot documentaries, fashion, comedy, food, music and sports with such diverse clients as The Late Show, The Tonight Show, the US Ski Team, Rachael Ray, L'Oreal, Saturday Night Live, NFL, Vitamix and many more.
